   The Curb Market, in continuous operation in Hendersonville since 1924, offers home-grown fresh vegetables and fruits, baked goods, home-made jams and jellies and gifts and handicrafts of all kinds. It was started on Main Street in 1924 with eight sellers using umbrellas and has grown to the present number of 137 selling spaces, with many sellers being third and fourth generation. The sellers are required to be residents of Henderson County and to make or grow all items sold.

Directions: From Asheville take I-26 South. Get off at exit 49B onto US 64. Turn left onto Main Street. Heading south on Main Street in Hendersonville, take any right turn to take you to Church Street. It parallels Main Street. The market is behind the historic old Courthouse.
