Submission Guidelines:
Ads may be submitted by email, FTP or discs. All linked images and
fonts must be included in a folder along with the ad. For further

Accepted File Formats:
Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign (CS4&
Below) All linked images and fonts must be included in a folder with
the file. If you can not include the fonts convert all text into
outlines before submission.
Quark Users convert your files to an .eps or .pdf file or open the
file in Illustrator and save as an .ai (.ai files must follow the
prescribed format of submission as explained above).
PDF Files must be formatted for press quality at 300 dpi. Please include fonts
or outline them before exporting the file to PDF. All PDF’s must be
in Acrobat 9 or below.
